Moses
Moses is a coming of age religious comedy about newly pubescent mensch Moshe who is on the quest to become the best Barmitzvah boy ever. Moshes imagination and anxiety are both escalating as he struggles to live up to his late father’s community esteem while also navigating puberty, budding relationships and toppling bully Mendel Cohen from first place on the Barmitzvah boy ladder. With only 5 days before the big day, Moshe thinks he discovers his Mother praying with a direct line to God, a modern day prophetess. With this new found revelation, Moshe vows to re-create his Mothers power in Synagogue on the day of his Barmitzvah.
